Great Sound Good Quality
The mounting system is a bit more complicated than it really should be

This is a great drumset. I recommend what I got the 8 piece double base drumset. Pearl111 rated this unit on 2003-12-26. I acquired this unit through walking into a music store. I paid £500 at Project Music.
Real wood shells.
Mahogany/Birch?The Snare drum and cymbals.Appealing lacquer finish. Strong tension lugs. Mahogony/Birch shells that project well. Robust stands. Adequate bass and hi hat pedal and stand. Adequate sounding chrome steel snare. Resonant and durable clear Emperor style heads.
The value of my purchase is £500. Seriously great value for money. Money hard earnt well spent.A great kit package and sound for your money.
ZaPoTem rated this unit on 2001-06-30. I bought this kit from BIRMINGHAM DRUM CENTRE, UK for 550 pounds. I got it because I needed a new kit and Exports have a great reputation.
I love the sound it makes, and I like the feel of the drums. The colours available were great too, it was such a good deal for the price!
The heads that came with the kit were not brilliant but I sorted that out by buying new ones.
The kit is: 14,5" snare, 12", 13" toms, 16"floor tom, 22"bass drum, 14"hats, 16"crash, 20"ride and all stands and stool. The quality is excellent considering the price paid.
You get more than your money's worth!! Overall the Pearl Export is an excellent kit in a great price range, one of the best buys I have ever made!!
